as far as flushing your ski goes, i wouldnt worry about it as long as you flush it when you get back. you could bring a hose and hook it up to a faucet at a nearby gas-n-sip or quarter wash.

right around the corner from the grand ave entrance there is a boat flush out area which has free water access... No pesky quarters needed. Just bring a hose.

I have a couple spare suits I'm bringing, you can borrow one. Both are slippery john/jacket type. They are in decent shape. I'm 6' 1" 170. They will be in my gear bag if you can't find anything else.

Who will be there Thursday? I plan on rolling in thur morning and will be itching to ride. I will be making BBRRAAPP noises all the way there in the car!!
I can't wait to get the Jeep tires sandy too. I'm not gonna know what to do first.
Looks like LBE has me covered on the suit for this trip!! Then once I get back I can focus on getting a suit of my own. I have some questions on camping. When I go to the site to reserve my overnight camping do I just need to select Fri and Sat if I'm going to be arriving Friday evening? I will roll out of here around 2:00 in the afternoon once my woman gets off work. My plan is to stay Fri evening through Sunday afternoon-evening. I want to camp on the beach with my trailer on Fri and Sat night.
So would I just reserve Fri-Sat and then sometime on Sunday go back to the gate and buy a day pass? Also where do I actually pick up my pass so I don't get a ticket on Friday night? Will the people still be in the gate shack to let me in? Thanks for the info and all the help guys!

if you are stayin fri-sun , just reserve fri and sat night like you said. print out your conformation , just in case , but you probably wont need it. there will be someone in the ranger shack when you get there and they will give you a sticker for your window and a garbage bag( which comes in handy for taking home your damp wetsuit). you can camp anywhere on the beach as long as it is within the permitted camping area( you'll know because there are signs and campers everywhere) . so your friends can come camp by you without getting a site at the same time.
