I like the gas cap idea. Keep it in the filler neck, plug end of filler neck, run an internal fuel fill. Brilliant.

1/4" good quality rope is plenty strong to tow a ski.

I'm using this idea. Thanks Fox.

Does ANYONE carry a bucket and oar in their ski?

I carry an oar and extinguisher on the sitdown. I don't carry crap in the standup.

Our laws state this.

- If wearing an approved PFD you do not need a fire extinguisher - Good

- No flares/flashlight needed if riding within 2 nautical miles of shore - Good

- 15m rope on each vessle - Terrible, where does 45' of rope go on a superjet?

Glad we don't need extinguishers though.. That would suck.

Heres what I have done, this is if you have a fire extinguisher, I just take rope that looks like mountain climbing rope but much thinner and just wrap it around the nozzle of the extinguisher, I got about ten feet or more until it gets wider than the bottle.

you're leaving out the most important rule of the rope in the fire extingusher scenario..he who needs to get pulled in also gets to put the rope back in the little bottle
