the 95 gram spring is dull silver, and the 65 gram is shiny silver...its possible you just used the wrong spring or was sold the wrong spring. Ive also learned that springs are inconsistent and you have to mess with them a bit.

Got from jetmaniac, it's the right spring. Just an inconsistency probs!

Engine leak down test was a success! That makes me super happy. I was worried because my flywheel cover and stator area was filled with nasty grease and some sorta oil.. And that was only after one season. It did not smell like fuel at all though. However, I soaked my bendix in fluid film(lanolin, looks like oil, is so slippery and stays on so well) for days, and I greased the hell out of the starter and bendix too. So that's all it was! No front crank seal leak thank God. Looks like it's easy building from here on out!

Unfortunately some things came up and I won't have this hull ready before the dells.

Taking my square out to the lake right now to get it tuned.. So no news in the new hull.

That was 7 pages of a tease. But I really can't wait to see how this thing turns out. I will be checking in when it gets to page 12 to see if there is any more on the hull.

No promises, but I should have mine before the end of the month as long as there aren't any snags that come up.

Well, I guess some snags came up. Looks like I'm stuck with a stock square hull for the rest of the season and am saving for an am hull. Whether it's this hull or another, eventually I'm going to have an am hull, just not soon... Sorry for the tease! I'm just as bummed as you guys!
