Thanks for the kind words, I know many of you guys dig the billet pictures.

We'll see, I will have to ask "approval" to do that, since it isn't "my" ski.

Posting pic's take up alot of time. That is why I don't do it very often.
Formatting, sizing, uploading, posting. All the while, the phone is ringing, machines need attention, ect.

DASA has many employees, but I am sure not everyone knows
SB Products is just a one-man-shop, ME. I wish I could afford an employee.

I will try, I won't promise, but I'll try.

Deal?

Brian

This is good news-BUT-we request pics and a build thread in the ski build section once it gets started!!! Pics of the SB Products cases is like free Viagra for everyone on the X!!!

I will work for parts!!! lol I have a buddy that has a Citation that got us 1/2 way across the country in 2 hours, so surely he can get me to your shop in 4 hours 1 way. Lets see, he charges 1500.00 per hour in flight, so it will cost me 12,000.00 per day to get back and forth to work. That would have to be a new all time record. LOL

I will try, I won't promise, but I'll try.

Deal? thats fair enough!

Couldn't get away, posting from home....

Bustin' out the billet is the easy part, SELLING the busted out billet is the important part.

Once a couple of these bad boyz hit main stream US, they will be the new preferred powerplant! I am not familiar with your history, but lets face it, Dan has been a household name for big power plants for a long time. Now that Dan has your parts along with his, SB Products and DASA will surely continue to rock the pwc world for a long time to come.

Look at how many of the 7 port cast cylinders are out there-tons!!! Now that you have the billet cylinders w/matching cases and stroker options, people will come. Where else can you get cases to support big stroke cranks? NOWHERE!!!

I'm hopin' bud. i'm hopin'. I have about 30K invested in developing them.

Does anyone flip a Blaster in the surf? Flat water?

Will a GP based 1200cc be able to flip?

Inquiring minds want to know.

You will definitely need to call the other Brian in my sig! Thrust Innovations straight pull trim will be a must have for this venture!
This could be a movie worthy of a sequal-Brian and Brian flatwater flip a B1 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am pretty dam sure there is not another engine builder that could make that claim!

I don't think you realize how LITTLE experience I have with operating PWC's. Kinda silly considering what I am doing.

I don't think I had flat water flips in mind on a possible custumers boat. Deciding on a motor package for him based on his wants and needs just had me thinking is all.

But I like where you are going with it.

Brian<---is no two stroke engine builder per se, I can do the job, but I can't make that claim. I am just a machinist.

Well, it is a done deal, after the past two days, after we put a pen to paper with a total he seemed like he was going to back out. Really seemed like it.

He called me up this morning all excited saying he was on his way to pick up the Blaster.

Two hours later he dropped it off. Gave me a few directions, let me know what he was interested in, I tried to go over a few things and he clearly wasn't interested in the details, told me knew about DASA and to just do a nice job. He wants a fast ski and left it at that.

I am stoked. This opportunity was a good one for everyone involved.

You know we will be riding it...I mean testing it.

I have pics from the disassembly, but I haven't posted them yet. Haven't had a chance.
