Arrived!!!

well the hull arrived a while ago but i suck at updating. have been building it so ive been busy. shipping from tems shop to me took 5 days! insanely fast

the opened the crate. and there was a very light hull.

the paint needs work as expected. was hoping that i just could polish it. but i would need to wet sand then polish so it will be easier to just paint it.

this hull is definatly lighter than the compositech hull i had. but finnish isnt as nice. dont get me wrong it doesnt look bad. comparing anything to the compositech will be hard as that one was top notch on looks fit and finnish.

the hull takes some time getting nice but when you do so you love it even more.

Woooooowhoooo, you are going to love it! Do me a favor and get a cover over that car!

it´s not my car. i do no grinding or anything near that car so thats no problem. if your thinking about all the dust on it. he did not wash it before storage. he didnt last year either.

you should se the car that is on the lift if you like cars. i´ll take a pic of it sometime.

i went to install the E-box. and it´s a to tight fit. so i needed to remount my total loss system to a plate rather than the ebox that it was mounted on.

Hood Hooks installed. what a pain in the butt. but it´s done. looks and works good.
if i would have listened to matt_es build thread it would have gone easier. mounting the hullside hooks as far towards the hood as possible.

the more i think about it i could run the ski as it is. but spending this kinda money on a hull. it deserves to be treated right.

Nice! Winter sucks wang... Just sayin.

nope it doesnt. riding sleds and jetskis are about as fun. but in different ways.

the thing that sucks is that you are realy depending on the weather to have a fun day sledding. while jetsking works even if its raining.

Looking good.

I would suggest mounting the ratchet on the front of the tray. I think it gives a more even load on the Carbon hood that way.

Those hood hooks can be tricky for sure. Mine ended up actually mounted to the point where they hung past the edge toward the rear of the ski. I think a few choice swear word were said the night I installed those hooks. It doesn't help that I am a bit of a perfectionist.

Glad to see Tem has mounts for the stock battery box now. I think I like that better than just the platform.

i will lower it some.
but not all the way down at the bulkhead. it feelt like it was putting alot of strain on the bulkhead when it was mounter stiff to the bulkhead. the carbon in that area is very thin and scares me.
