My 96 RN stealth flat back boat w/ tubbies non reinforced Wamiltons Hood 316#
New Build boat 96 RN w/o tubbies but reinforced . WDK hood 304#
New boat was defoamed / refoamed and double sealed.
There it is :fing02:
Figured I would add the REV wieght to this thread too 292# (disapointing really)

I think I came up with 314 on mine when I refoamed.
96 RN slightly reinforced, 17.5lb 24/7 hood

its kind of amusing at how a person is able to manuver a 300+lb machine on one of the most restrictive surfaces and we just twirl them in the air

but then again thats what modified engines are for:fing02:

id love to weigh my square..i guarantee its the heaviest sj on these boards..lol

Last time on the scale I was at just under 270lbs.... then I took off a 5lb waterlogged chinpad.... That put me at 265lbs.

Since then I have stripped every Square inch of gelcoat off the upper, and aplied carbon Kevlar, and S-glass reinforcement... Total weight of the reinforcement was 8lbs.... total weight of gelcoat I took off was probably 5-7lbs.... so Im probably reel close to were I was at before  and much stronger/// It is holding up great to all sorts of pancakes.

Reinforced OEM hull.

Both these boats are aftermarket hoods / b-pipe and well all the goodies. I was really hoping for like 295# on the blue one OH well, lots o work little gains, but it frickin rips and feels tight as he!!.

superjet weights

I have a 2004 ridden almost every weekend in the surf. It weighs 291 without gas. No reinforcement and has footholds and hydroturf and an AC pole. I also have a 2003 that weighs 292. I guess neither of them has water in the hull yet.

With battery and fuel? What pump? Keepers and other heavy things?

This thread reminds me that I have to weigh my WCF ski now that it's complete...

I'll weigh my Wammer ski at the same time.

Based on my lifting off the trailer estimate, I'm going to say my WCF ski is slightly heavier, but MUCH stronger.

Im guessing complete boat -fue.... thats how I weighed mine.... Keepers are not very heavy....

True, but when you are doing things like running aftermarket waterboxes to save a pound or two of weight it all adds up. Mag pumps add a few pounds as do full size batteries, etc. Just wondering so we have some kind of feel for what we're really talking about when we talk about weight. Also, you said you thought you had about two gallons of fuel when it was weighed. Maybe the standard ought to be to weight with whatever battery you run with gas tank installed but no fuel. There wouldn't be any guessing on battery and fuel weights. Maybe that would allow better apple to apple comparisons. Mine weighs 265ish with a 140 setback mag, full size jetworks battery and a half tank of fuel(small tank). That's also with a billet cylinder that may weigh a bit more than stock. I'll weigh it with no fuel next time I have a chance. It's an XFT surf hull.
