I must be full retard. Because the video shows a seadoo coming in a straight line for the shoreline and a SuperJet cutting right into the path that he was traveling for quite some time. He actually swerved to avoid hitting the Superjet. It like the classic battle I delt with being a body boarder and the surfers thinking they owned the waves.

When vessels are passing at right angles, the vessel on the left will yield right-of-way to vessel on the right.

Goggles on the couch should have yielded.
