you can't mix 6m6 and 61x electronics you have to use all of one. The 6m6 rev limiter does not rev as high as the 61x. also the exhaust ports don't line up perfect so u will need to mess with the manifold or do what i did and just buy a used 61x manifold there cheap and that will work perfect with the rest of the exhaust. if u have any other ? pm i did the same swap
I was planning on adding a b-pipe sometime in the future when the wallet recovers, It wouldn't make sense to buy one now before I had the 701. Thanks for the info, I already knew the exhaust and electricals were compatible. I was asking more about the process, how do I switch over the electricals and how do I align the engine.
well if it is that easy then why did I even ask? Is it advised to install new gaskets between the exhaust manifold/cylinders and flywheel cover?
