Putting a triple in a B1 I have in the driveway and working on some more B1 surf mods for my main surf boat.

im planning a fixed steer squarenose build with big hull mods for surf. Ill probably start a build thread for this one once I get started.

A WDK Envy (light SXR'ish thingamajiggie) I built in 08/09....just a Yami 718cc wiseco 190psi unported, stock pump with a 13/16-3mm Solas. It is still so dang fun in waves I can't imagine better. And I can't afford a second dedicated flatwater/small wave ski...so I am sticking with her!

Is that similar to what DJ rides? It was a nice stable ski when I tried it in NY, if its a reliable setup, not worth changing anything by the sounds of it!

Not 100% on what changes I will be making, but I do think I am going to go towards foot holds rather than straps on the next build. I think it will be nice to not have to worry about staying in the holds if I set them up for a tight fit when kicked in!

Swapping out a stock 61x motor for 62t 61x motor ported and bored up to 735. Going to rebuild the midshaft too! Putting black tubes on the rrp pole and adding a worx intake grate finally.

Yes Korn and I agree our skis feel damn near identical. I am just Yami based motor/pump and he is Kawi....but when riding them they feel the same....which is perfect for Lake Erie medium and large waves....

probably pick up a jetmate shell to swap a kawi 1100 into

my father owns a body shop, so i tend to do at least one custom paint job over the winter
