Ok i have been cruising around this site and PWC today for about a year now and a lot of people have stickers on there skis, stuff like Hydro turf and monster energy. what types of sponsor ship do you get and how do you get the stickers? Are you getting discounts or products? is it worth it? is there a given time span you have to have the sticker on your boat for so long? any help would be great. :newbie:

Most people just use the stickers as decoration. You need to compete to get into a sponsorship.

Liquid Militia hooked me up with some of their stickers as well as a Ronny Mac stickers so i have a few of them and some blowsion ones on my fx and a HT and Solas on my 550.

If anyone wants me to wear their logo around the lake send me a good looking sticker and im down!

im a young gun and here in AUS its hard to get sponsership for jetskiing. i surf freeride and i just learned the flip. im 3/4 rolling just need to practice a bit more and i can doe supermans, nose stabs, stab one foot one hand, no handed surf ride and now 360 casue i got my new ski , fs1 rickter about 1070cc by next week, 10mm stroker and ive spent a shiz nickle load on my ski and its my life virtually and i just wish the sport over here would grow a bit more, so even discounts and stuff would be awsome.

such sites as www.ozfreeride .com helps us freeride guys out over here, check em out, no sponsership but always really helpfull

Actually you do. A freerider is competing for attention, that why they go to events. They like to show off expensive equipment that let them do a backflip. The bright paint and loud exhaust is there to make sure nobody misses it.

I have been sponsored by lots of company's and never really competed... It's not needed if you are known through video and pics (thanks to the internet) and are willing to represent their product well... You need to have something to offer them...

Look at surfing, Lots of guys don't compete and have tons of really good sponsors...
