Super Jet Square Nose 650 side wall deformation ?!

On my square when I removed the factory foam in the gunwale it popped back to 'almost' normal. Still a very very slight indent, but before that it was a dent you could have eaten soup out of.

You are lucky because mine seems to have elasticity and pops back in
First, I opened a hole of 12 cm on the inside gunwale. The foam is bone dry by the way ! (see pic)
Then i tried with a wood log to hit it hard outwards, but it acts like a spring and comes back in.
Then I tried pushing it out with an hydraulic jack (but this stupid jack only works upright )
So i pulled out an old mechanical jack and pushed the wall out successfully (i could even hear the foam detaching )
Unfortunately when i unscrew the jack the gunwale came back to square 1 (sucked in position)

Doing some progress....
wooden struts is the only way to keep walls on place.

Good think is you don't have to worry about rot when the old SN tray starts leaking.
