Damn you Butti. I saw this thread this morning. I was preping my ski for paint and ended up cutting the sides off after checking out the work you guys have been doing.

900/1100zxi driveshaft works with no modification(thanks flash!)

the only thing that needs modified is the int.bearing and some glasswork in the pump mounting area


im not much of a kawi fan but i will add that this driveline setup seems bulletproof to me

Yeah the kawi driveline is super simple.

here are some new pics.the tray is glassed up and the caker foothold is done.i had to add onto both sides to make it wide enough for my spacious tray:biggrin:


the motor is built,now theres just a handfull of parts i need to finish this thing.

i went with the purple and white like stock and it will have a stock looking fx1 logo on the sides
