if you pancake enough rolls it will happen.
would be a silly argument that squarnose superjets are just as strong as a roundnose.
the metton(plastic) top deck is extremely flexible and brittle, will crack and split much easier that the hand laid fiberglass top deck of the roundnose. the rn has much more aftermarket parts, used parts and is easier to reinforce for abuse. when you are learning big aerial tricks you are going to want something that will hold up and the sn is just not a great platform for that.
sorry for all the square lovers out there, just trying to give this guy some info.
Where abouts are u from batesy?? I would def say save a little more and buy a rn. Also squares aren't that common or easy to come across in aus.
maybe the word much was misplaced, i was thinking how many options you have of hoods and poles. While I agree with the rest, this line doesn't seam quite right.
Other than hood kits, what other RN specific parts are out there that don't work on SN's ???

Intake and carb AM parts are not interchangeable and some cdi's require a 62t stator and flywheel.maybe the word much was misplaced, i was thinking how many options you have of hoods and poles.
weve done a rn pole on a square, it sucked and we went back to stock.
used a stock height roundnose umi bracket, didnt look, feel, or fit right.
But its not going to break in half if I go out and pancake a few before I get the time to reinforce the hull?

Hell no.
You have quite a bit of time to practice before you get high enough to do some major damage.
dissagree. I was trying rolls on the first day I bought my ski and it was a waist to chest high day. I couldn't event turn the ski without falling, but when I had it pointing the right way I'd charge the wave and wreck spectacularly.
