I had my cr250 stolen in central CA and found on the washington/idaho boarder 2 years later. Luckily the kids trying to buy it where smart enough to have the local chp run the vin number. Even got it back with all new plastics and a polished frame.

they probably rode it once, didn't premix the fuel and its been sitting in there garage ever since..
