UPDATE:

paul just called me and said the cops found his ski floating in the c-14 canal!!!!!

they said the FL#s are missing but it still has the HIN and looks intact!

they have to take it for evidence to dust it for prints, but they said he can pick it up tomorrow!

SO.... whoever didnt send parts yet, good! thank you for your kindness and willing to help!

how many of you sent parts? im going to have to send this stuff back to you.

i cant fargin believe this!

I just got the pole today and can still ship it to you if you need it. I am so glad they found it. that rocks. If he needs any parts to refurbish it let us know.

wow, that is awsome news. I am suprised that they found it so quickly. I am even more impressed they actually cared to even look for it at all. Hope everything is ok with it.

I will keep the stuff in the box and wait for your next update... They might have taken the motor or parts off it. Has he been able to look at it???

you know... i was thinking, "what happens if the ski is all completed and then paul's ski is found?". the logical thing to do would be dontating to the daytona raffle.

right now its just a hull and a bunch of parts scattered around the country. if everyone was still willing to send their parts, id be down w/ putting it all together still.

the stuff is on it's way... monday

We need to think up a way to get it to someone who really needs it... this is a great idea that really has potential... Whe should really consider doing this every once in a while and hooking up a younger rider... A great way promote the sport.

i think its a great idea, personally. but, to put all that work into a 650 square wouldnt be worth it unless it went to a rider that would appreciate a 650 square. im just trying to think of what if i won it.... id probably sell it because id have no use for it. we wouldnt want whoever gets it to do that. so hooking up a younger rider is a great idea.

nick, dont send parts until everyone agrees that they want to donate parts for a cause other than the one that they were originally donating to. gotta make sure louie still wants to donate his hull, etc......

hopefully he'll chime in here.
