We raised so much money, I wonder whether we shouldn't try to help more than one cause. For example, we trampled over the conservation area quite a bit, so perhaps we could donate part of the cash to conservation? I can get Nick connected with the guy who heads up all of that for Volusia county if necessary.

please contain yourself while the sickest trick or cherry buster is going on and ski off to the side NOT in front of everyone trying to watch.

I like the big guys ride together deal, everytime I was out there I missed good stuff, and then I pull out the camera and not a lot was happening.

Have a few good surf riders give a surf-riding primer to us surf newbs so we don't go out and try to sink Reed's ski first thing Saturday morning. :bs2:

How about funding X-h20 for the year or so.

Better yet, how about some X-H2O.com banners hanging up on the hotel.
I don't think I saw one yet I saw plenty from others.

I know all the skis had stickers but it would have been nice to see a banner or five.

Yup that also sounds good. We must take care of ourself also. Do we need some new equipment or computer for this site? Jett could tell us that.

DO NOT MAKE ME POST UP PICS OF GUYS IN THONGS PLAYING VOLLYBALL as a way to request equal representation for the females...who, I noticed, were out in full force for this event (which was a nice change)

Lisa, we could have a vote on here but I'm sure that the women volley ball would win.
You want guys playing on the beach just go out and rent Top Gun(you can be my wing man, big boy

), I'll pass on the banana hammocks.

I can just see it now, two teams of girls playing volley ball in bikinis. Shirts (or bikini tops) and skins.

I have an ABC liquer card now too!

Actually...considering how much business we gave them and thier convenient proximity to the event site - perhaps they should be invited as our newest sponsor????

Liquor licenses are wierd..... In Georgia - I am only allowed to sell and/or serve Alcohol at my event facility..... Not sure about Florida? Could be done on a donation basis though!

Great Idea though to raise more money!!!!:cheer:

Ya, at the gallery I worked at we weren't allowed to sell booze, but we could give it away and "suggest donation amounts" for each drink.

Someone rent a plane and fly all us poor people out for the next one.

My bro and dad have their licenses, and it would cost about 3 times as much to do that, plus it would take longer then a commercial airliner as most small planes dont go 400 mph. Wet fee for a rental of a two-seater is about 50 an hour (75 for a 4-seater with proper instruments for a long flight), plus a grounding cost if he were to keep it there over the weekend, but count in the factor it would be about a 5 hour flight in a small plane (if your going for the cheap one). If you were looking seriously for an 8-12 person plane (FEW places rent them) it would equate to probably around 4 hundred bucks round trip (assuming the plane stays there the weekend) per person, wet. It's only cheap if you have memberships at both airports, and own the airplane or dont have to pay maintenance/rental fees.

Cheapest way is still to book tickets in way advance, or drive a VW TDI that gets 50 mpg
