After the turf i went a little carbon crazy and wrapped my chamber and midshaft coupler. It came out pretty nice. I forgot to mention that I painted the inside of my hull with white indoor/outdoor trim paint. I put a brand new oem hood seal. Installed the xft pole and chin pad, put a couple decals on, and just a bunch of mis parts.

Looks really nice. good work. What hood are you putting on it? Do you think the carbon will stay on the chamber no problem? Im going to shorten my hull in a few months and you really helped me out. thanks.

I just got my wdk hood in Monday. I just placed it on the ski to see what it looks like. WOW AWESOME. Took it down and wrapped it in carbon today. Thanks to my friend ManFish.

I also carbon wrapped my e-box cover

Im not sure if it will hold up are not, but it looks damn good. Worst case, it will come off this season and Ill just polish it.

Are the swooped sidewalls a cosmetic mod or is there some performance advantage? Looks good, just wondering if I am missing the boat on why that's done.

If you don't mind, report back on how that paint holds up once you get some time on the ski. Seems like a pretty attractive option and I am curious if there are any downfalls with using it for our application.

looks good... i wanted to do the "swoop" mod on my ski but never got around to it. it seemed like it would be alot of work just for something cosmetic but i definitely like the swoop look better.
