So you epoxy them in how long do they last I want to mount them easily and never havebto worry about them coming off. 180 is not a bad price at all. I do want that extra insure like install and never have to worry about them on the life of my ski. Thanks will be ordering me a pair down the road.

Here are some front sponsons or tubbies that are specifically designed for the SuperJet round nose and square nose hulls up to 2007.

They contour the hull without the need for bending, and they are wider, longer and taller than the popular tubbie-II sponsons. 2.5" W x 50" L

They're sanded, foamed and ready to install for $180 per set.

I can also supply them untrimmed & unfoamed for $135 per set.

Also custom gel coat colors can be special ordered on request.

Hey Zero,

I am a big fan of your Tubbies, I have them on my SN and it change the way that ski handles (like day and night)

I have an idea\request.
Why don't you take your Tubbies to the next level and make them "easier" to install?
Get rid of the regular screws and perhaps use 4 bolt and nuts combo that people can easily drill a hole and install.
Of course the price will go up on a set like that....common sense.

This is just an idea, you already have a great product.
I know if you made them that way I will purchase a set for my RN immediately.

This is a fantastic idea. It would make the install that much more seamless and sturdy. Hands down, if this happens I'll be purchasing.

Hey Zero, I'm ready to pick up a set. Tested another SN with some tubbies and loved how it handled. Are you stocked? Ditto on the four bolt idea above btw...

One on, one to go. The install wasn't too bad, but like others have mentioned, make sure you take extra precaution when drilling the holes. I went in sequence down the tubbie from front to back, ensuring that it was pressed up against the hull with each hole drilled, so that everything would align post-epoxy.

My only mistake was that I probably could have thickened my epoxy a good bit more, it was crazy runny. Still think I got a good bind though.

They definitely thin out towards the front tab of the tubby (near the nose), but you can actually countersink pretty deep. I was pleasantly surprised with how thick the glass portion in them is. When you're doing your pre-epoxy screw only install, countersink them shallow if you are worried about going too deep, then pull the thing off and deepen them if needed. The screws seem really just to be back-up anyways. Also, be careful not to torque on the screws too hard, they felt like they would strip out the holes in the SMC hull fairly easily.
