Superman Backflip Wrist Leverage Bars.

I had to make a pair of these bars for my new Stunt Hull and Steve at Kommander Industries helped me out and gave me a few ideas from the ones he built for Lustics Ski. I made some upgrades with these guys and they're 100% Aluminum. If anyone is interested I have a few extra pairs shoot me an e-mail.

I remember seeing something like this on Ross Champions ski and couldn't figure out what they were for. How do they work and what's the advantage?

When your doing a superman backflip these will be pressed against your wrists to give you the leverage needed to get your feet back in the tray. Without these it's pretty much impossible to get back to the tray.

I could see an "OH S.HIT" moment if they moved out of the way. Forget to put them down, flip on the perfect wave and fail.

Are there any other advantages or tricks they can be used for?

Ross got his from pierre! I ended up helping him drill holes through them to keep them from twisting on the bar's they do swing out of the way kind of like a kick starter if you will.

the ones used in freestyle motocross all fold out of the way. watch one of their routines and you will see them constantly moving them.. lots of tricks cant be done with them if they dont move out of the way.
