Anyone got anything? Results,how was the surf, who went big,what was impressive?

Zack won the big air contest, but got fifth in the actual IFWA main pro Freeride event.

Thanks for the link Matt. I was curious how Pete did, 2nd in AM is pretty impressive. Wow those guys rip, gotta be hard on the judges.

Pete McAfee. The world's only one legged free rider. He started as amateur this year and beat out a pro. Bam! Plus he's just a super all around guy.

Final was flip to flip knock down battle for sure

ZB won big air with a insane " no can do" flip. thats a can can flip with no hands

Pete McAfee Killed it as well in his first pro comp and was a crowd favorite
surf was smaller and the wind made conditions difficult for the competitors
food vendor rocked this year
I dont think it was in Oregon, because it was sunny this year

Was a great weekend!! The weather was amazing for Pacific City this time of year actually, because this tends to be the start of the wet season. Blowsion put on another great event as usual. Monster moto big air team was there with a ramp etc which was a big crow pleaser, and seemed to draw in new folks.
Riding was really nice Saturday until about 2 then it got pretty wind blown out, but still pretty good size!
Pete (who is a great guy) rocked his WDK rokr. Gomez was charging hard at every wave, Zack was going big (met him for the first time, a super nice guy also!).
got to see Blowsion, Wally G's Squarenose with round top deck conversion, holy crap was that a nice hull with a rediculous amount of hours in the glasswork and paint!

I saw license plates from Cali, Washington, Idaho, Alaska, Wyoming, and or course Oregon.
Overall a great weekend!!
