Surfriding tbm flywheel doesnt fit keyway or crank taper?

Torr, this particular ski with TBM and Advent runs very well. It did need to have one Advent replaced for some reason.

Matt.lol everyone who runs advent has had at least one replaced for some reason,I will give greg props on that the guy does replace them free,but if he didnt he wouldnt have been able to keep selling them as long as he did.
So there is at least 2 working tbms and advents out there,wonder what makes the diff on rather they work or not,condition or age of stator I bet. they have to be so precise to work its crazy,alot like the vilder ign from back in the day.the last thing a salt rider needs is a crazy PRECISE ign that dies freq

skinnyman...did your advent trash a few bendix or starters? why did you give up on it?

I really like the msd total loss setup right in a dry box with a shifty module no switch needed,ive yet to find the downside of the setup Ill post a link below this.but verdict is still out if the true curve ability of the flame would trump the dual dig high output of the less adjustable curve or should i say straight line fall off of the msd tl.

I've been running my ATP Flame in salt without any issues whatsoever.

I really wouldnt expect the flame to have any issue with salt water as long as the stock ebox and gasket is in great shape. still would be cool to do a back to back test with msd tl and flame on the same ski.

I did just that,...I'm sure I posted the results somewhere too.

I did have my advent replaced after a month
Broke a rod in the original Able 5mil lost that motor
Went with a /dasa TL combo
Then built a surf ski with a Group K845 w pro tec mod ign and a JSS rebuilt stator
OEM bendix TBM no issues and it looks likes its been beat to hell
I have got my money out of the FW
I know alot of people running this FW problem free But I do agree coustomer service is everything
If it doesnt work make it work or refund the cash thats how I run my buisness

skinnyman,so how well did the advent,tbm run in your ski,after it was replaced the first time?how long did you run it? What caused the able to let lose ign relayed you think? I have a able also I love it for a budget billet cylinder I totally agree,on what you said though,their are plenty of others out there running tbms without probs..yet. IF they are going to charge big $ for them and want to continue to,they need to full warranty replace these customers on here with issues not hammer someone with a "discount" on another.
