I am bringing a smallish pit - but big enough we can cook a few briskets and a few chickens all at the same time. I have a turkey fryer. It would be great if someone already had some oil so I don't have to go buy it.

A second fryer would be helpful if we need to fry things other than turkey.

but - we can coordinate food efforts closer to d-day.

I am bringing a smallish pit - but big enough we can cook a few briskets and a few chickens all at the same time. I have a turkey fryer. It would be great if someone already had some oil so I don't have to go buy it.

A second fryer would be helpful if we need to fry things other than turkey.

I can help with grilling, if that's similar to a backyard grill.
