Just a little pointer, if the beach cop tells you to "put down" your drink, put it in the cup holder and not in your belly. :banghead:

Butch, You guys drove all the way out there? I can't believe you were there. I was in Houston too that weekend out of pure coincidence but couldn't make it out to Surfside. I only saw the ride thread on PWCToday a few days before I was going to Houston. Just didn't have enough time to get out to the beach. Sounds like it was a good time! Was Texas a different world to you as it was to me? Desert like we are in to everything green and woods was just so freakin cool to see. I dug Houston and plan tomove to TX in a few years (Houston or Austin).

we had such a great time we stayed untill monday and wished we could have stayed longer.. that place turned into a gost town sundaynight we saw only one light on in a house through out the whole place, that was it and we still would have stayed..

As you can read by some of the post, to say it was a good time was an understatement! Too bad it didn't work out for you to come partake of the fun:biggrin:
