What a awesome weekend guys!!
I would like to thank the Riot crew for coming out!!!!! You guys are great!!
Also it was great to meet all the new peeps... Yamaha slut, I hope you made it home with no probs!!

I started to post these elsewhere and remembered finding out about X-H2O and will go ahead and post them up here.
It was great meeting those of you Laurie and I didn't already know, as well as seeing old friends. I've been so nailed down in the last two years growing a couple of businesses that I have lost touch with ski'ing more than I would like and realize now how much I miss it even if my ole XP wouldn't run right.. (What happens when you don't take it to the lake and check it out before an event like this after not riding it for at least 6++ months)
We were going to stick around and spend the night either on Crystal or on Galveston Island, but decided to just go home, which was ultimately very fortunate for me when early this morning a kidney stone cut loose on me and it was ER time. Pretty sad since I didn't have but a wave or two worthy of shaking anything free, including the cob-webs..
Ok... To the pictures, though none are of wave action.. I wish the quality was better but I forgot to bring the speedlite flash for my camera so a lot of them were too underexposed to even clean up with Photoshop. "Next Year"

Other than the sandblasting from Saturday, this weekend rocked. Great to meet new folks & see some old friends too. Hope everyone made it home in one piece. Thanks goes out to The Penguin for his Texas hospitality & the f'ing spread of food he & Kathy had for us sat nite :Banane01: .
Can't wait to do this again at Lanier..... :cheer:

was great to meet every one, this was my first ride to go to. Had a blast, now I get to try my hand at some glassing, cracked handpole, but not bad it is still in one piece. probably happen when i got rolled by a wave. can't wait till the next one. Thanks penguin for the hospitality and hope Tigger's knee gets better, got to love it, first ride on a stand up and got her first scar.

Friday- Sunburn
Saturday- Sandblasted
Saturday night-Rain
Sunday- Nice, but had to go home.
Non-riding report;
Great people, great food. Friday night was a BLAST thanks in part to Moondance and Tigger, (you guys ROCK.) and of course the bonfires are always fun. Wish we could have had a better one on Saturday, but my suggestion of lighting the physo ladies house on fire was probably not such a good one anyway.
Ronnie blew me away with his ability as a photographer ( and at being such a nice guy too )
Between Kathy and Shawn ( and others) we had an amazing feast for two days.
Nikad and his girly were awesome, and he had me cracking up most of the time I was near him. I have too many nice things to say about too many people...so I will just stop at that.
Golf cart freestyle was a blast, big thanks to Daddy Penguin for letting us have the keys that weekend, we pretty much drove the wheel off of his cart. :smile: I just wish it could out run skinnyman's pocket bike. :frown:
****You didn't hear if from me, but rumor has it that Magoo has been working on some " Heavy" freestyle golf cart mods that will enable you go get some big air. I understand that "paparazzi" may have photos, so keep an eye out at www.riotradio.com. ( golf carts CAN be fun.) :sneaky: :newangel:
