I think his legal team is working out fine. If it wasn't, maybe he would have been charged with something by now....but there isn't any evidence of collusion or anything like that so technically, I could be his Lawyer and he would still be in the same position. Who cares about his legal team right now? Lets focus on making our country better, and more importantly, ourselves better.
You do not know that, just like you didn't know Cohen was getting his door kicked in. Fact is , you know nothing about it. Facts are trumpies kryptonite. The collusion thing is far from settled. As I have always maintained, I don't think trump himself is smart enough to collude, but the idiots he surrounds himself with are another story. Therein lies the problem. There is an orchestrated investigation going on, what seems to a brilliant one at that, you know charging potential witnesses with state crimes to negate pardon power for example. I dont believe he caved...he played the Democrats like a fiddle. The outrage was over separation of kids from "parents" (Whether they were actually real parents or not). Trump fixed the separation of family issue with an Executive Order, which will probably be part of a lawsuit since it goes against Flores agreement of the mid 90s and might get overruled. Now that he fixed the issue of outrage for the Dems, their true colors are showing, because in reality, they want no detention of the families...they just want them to have a free pass. So yes, he played them perfectly. Trump's administration was upholding existing laws (i know, you arent used to that) and added a zero tolerance policy of illegal border crossing. You Never Trumpers have a reallllllly hard time separating the issue of legal immigration from illegal immigration.

Schumer literally said that Democrats werent interested in new legislation for immigration issues and that they "wanted to keep the focus on Trump." Trump did what he had to....you can call it caving....I call it outsmarting the democrats.

There are tons of tarriffs on our products across the world. I like that we are finally addressing it by placing some of our own in retaliation. I see it as a negotiating tactic to broker some fair treatment from our trading partners. They wont last. It's just part of the process.
