I agree with you on most of that. I think he focuses on media a little too much, but they also attack him a million times more than previous presidents and he is a fighter, so that just isnt a good mix. I do believe he greatly cares about results though and greatly cares about putting our countries priorities first, and I have zero problems with that.

If we cant do this, civil war is right around the corner. So let's start with you. In a simple list, give me like 4-5 things that are important to you for this country. Ill follow suit.

I honestly have a feeling Harley’s following is going to go through the floor along with their resale value and in the end, it will be their demise. Which is fine by me. Anybody who wants a fuel injected lawn mower engine on a poop suspension and pay nearly $30k is their own prerogative. Plus $45 T-shirt’s and $90 button ups.
They’ve been getting beat in innovation and quality for decades by Japanese manufacturing and Americans stuck with Harley for their values and being made in America. We’ll see how it plays out for them.
I totally missed the "for the country" part of the post. Got punchy on keyboard. For the country:
1.Lobbying. This crap has to end. Fists of cash up the backsides of our politicians is the single biggest problem in this country.
2.Veterans. We as a country sh*t all over these men and women. You served, you earned a free ride, more so than some a$$wipe judge or politician.
3. No bid contracts. This system is just payola.
4.Infrastructure. I might be biased on this one because it's my line of work, but you have to have it for all the wonderful things to take place in this country.

I agree with all you answers above. I think lobbying for the most part is way out of hand. You ever just like step back and think about how much money people sink into lobbying, or even political campaigns, just to get elected to do jacksh*t? Like Hilary spent over a billion dollars and now has nothing to show for it! That money could have done a lot of good for the country.
Obviously veterans and infrastructure are important. And no bid contracts only make sense to those receiving contracts. The tax payer is the one ultimately screwed. "Hey, can you fix this set of stairs?" "Yes, I will give you a deal at $10million dollars."

It is very interesting to see that a 28 year old Socialist beat out a 10 term Representative (Joe Crowley) in a NY Dem primary race last night. It seems like bad news for the Democrat party as a whole, things are getting pretty radical towards socialism. Almost scary. Anyone have any thoughts on that? Keep it civil.

Snap back, and wide swings in ideology are dangerous for society as a whole. Not to harp on tariffs but were going to be up against socialist countries that will "give" US businesses whatever they want to move. I fear that lure will be too hard for profit based companies to ignore. They are competing with these government backed companies of other countries(Airbus vs Boeing for example). And bad news for who, what if this guy wins in the midterm?

Bad news for the democrat party, as they are very split between very progressive (in actuality Regressive is more appropriate) candidates and typical democrat candidates. The guy, Joe Crawley, is out as a representative now since he lost the primary. The 28 year old socialist is a women with zero experience, who wants medicare for all, guarenteed jobs for all, and to impeach trump.
