Hell yeah...that is exactly the kind of breakthrough we need. I say more testing, then developing a prototype, then more testing and eventually try to make it the bureaucratic walls and we can probably have something worth using on applications in hopefully 5 years.....mmmm.....maybe.
Maybe less if the Obama-enviro train puts resources and money behind it, this can literally revolutionized everything from the cell phone we use to the car we drive.......
