I really can't wait to see how this build goes! Btw, I'm going with gflex for my build too. Are you planning on using the pre-thickened mix?

The hood on my Freak (another pawn that you denied in your goose chase) weighs 7.8lbs with 2 breather tubes in it. You are taking on a big project here, I hope you're ready and capable. I think the -7" Badass hull is a great choice!

Jamie and Neil, you both know you have sick boats. Jamie I messaged your ass on Facebook the other day just to tell you how sick this picture was and that you shouldn't sell that thing! Yes I owe both of you a six pack for the hoops you jumped through, but I couldn't be happier with the ski I ended up buying. Cheers to both of yins for being in love with your skis enough to convince me to buy one new of my own.

Yes sir. Gflex 655 for the win. But only for inserts and through tubes. All the cloth will get regular epoxy.

MAKE SURE YOU INSULATE THE ALUMINUM COOLING LINES where they go thru the carbon bulkheads.
When you get all your plumbing all in,it's pretty tight.But l totally agree otherwise.Just never been a foam guy

Cool concept. Those paint schemes died with mini trucks though. Take the green out. Leave the design on the top deck. Visual carbon bottom deck.

Congrats on your freak project! I will be building same length badass this year as well, you will love it. BTW my girl took this pic and it is super cool how the water is curved a little like the superfreak sticker.

I have a rn pole and Toby carbon pad on mine. Love it, can ride the hood and do rodeos and in the surf it likes to right itself bc of the foam in the pole. And if I ever break it, I have another on the shelf.
