Incredible work. The level of craftsmanship work is inspiring.
Or depressing, if you're a hack like me.

Out of all the steps of build PFP Pipe/Waterbox install was surprisingly one of the easiest. 20 minutes at most. In part due to Silbers box to bulkhead hose, worth every penny.
Man that is truly the best compliment I have ever received! Thank you! I work for a pump distributor as a tech/ service engineer/ factory rep. My company packages pumps( water ,waste water, flood) with controls( vfd’s plc’s starters mcc’s). Usually we are the first to sell new product,so needless to say it never works. After going thru the standard back and forth with the factories and they don’t solve the problem, my boss gives me absolute authority to do whatever necessary to finish/ fix job. His money is being held so he does not care what it takes or costs to solve problems. Kinda of gives me the practice at the on the fly, quick and dirty solutions. And Thanks Again for the compliment! They say @ “the devil is in the details”. If that is true, you must be Satan himself. This is some amazing work. Do you mind sharing what you do for an occupation?
Hey Buffalo, what’s up man? I use a straight edge and new razor knife for the rough cuts. Just go firm and fast. Commit. The rounded corners, believe it or not, a 4.5 inch grinder with a 60 or 80 grit flappy disc. Practice on some scrap, cause when it catches, it’s done. Tried using finer grit(100 120), but it seems to gum up.What are you using to cut the turf?
Hey Thanks! I bumped up info on hose- marketplace- parts for sale. I thought silber was the guys name! Didn’t know they were a turbo company. Can you explain where you got this hose? Silbers is a Turbo company out of MN I believe. Do you have a link to that hose or part number.
The build is beautiful and shaming to everything I've ever done. However its still nice to see
Keep up the perfection
Mike
I’ll have to give it a try. I hope that pump and waterbox is still treating you good! I really like how you did that holder for the limited slip tank. I am running one in an M1 and am having a hard time keeping it in place.Hey Buffalo, what’s up man? I use a straight edge and new razor knife for the rough cuts. Just go firm and fast. Commit. Pump and water box still going strong in the Rickter. Yeah man that tank. When I was first checking out hulls all the guys in my area runnin them ( Sv1’s ,SV Pro’s) would come in from surf sessions, pop hood, and immediately start messin with hunks of turf, inner tubes or whatever else they could jam in there. I saw that and thought we’ve got a cinder block here being held by rubber bands. Not good.I love how the limited tank solves the batt problem, puttin it front and center, but knew even before I bought this Hull something had to be done. The tank tray project was a first on the list .I’ll have to give it a try. I hope that pump and waterbox is still treating you good! I really like how you did that holder for the limited slip tank. I remember when you were accused of being a troll and not even being a jet skier.......... Lmfao AND Your build quality is better than theirs!
