Are you sure about this? I got all these numbers directly from the 62t pdf attachment in 2licks thread: http://www.x-h2o.com/threads/12377. If the pn's here are wrong, so are the ones there so they should be changed too if this is really the case. Also, is it just for the bed plates and cylinder to case bolts???

Thanks for raising a flag on this one before somebody ordered the wrong stuff...

I used to throw stones and woodchips at kids like you that sat alone on the swingset at recess refusing to play with the others. That was fun.

Ok, I took the bolt pn's off the list at least for now. I attempted to get the correct pn's but they don't seem to carry anything larger than a M8 with a 1.25 pitch. I find it hard to believe that there is such a thing and they don't carry it but who knows...

ouch

M10x1.25 is not that hard to find.

M10x1.25 Stainless steel - is.

If you do not see an item you are looking for you can call McMaster and they will find it for you even if it is not listed on the web site.

They offered my office a trip to there facility so we could see there operation.

Dustin,

If you see post #7, I provided the bolt information and took the measurements using a thread (pitch) gauge that was provided in a Craftsman metric tap and die set. I know the pitch is accurate. For the bolt diameter I used a both gauge thingy I bought at Home Depot, very similar to the picture below. The only thing that will very are the bolt lengths, and only that will be slight variations.

I bought new OEM bedplate bolts for my blaster because McMaster did not offer them at the time. I'm not sure if they do now. But rest assured, the pitch is 1.25 and the bolt is an M10.

On that note, thanks for compiling the list and getting others to participate. I thought it was nice to have the measurements available in the same thread as the part numbers, even though the McMaster #s were incorrect.

I will edit this and add soem later. I have found those quick disconnects like the CPC brand Jet Works uses to make their fuel and water restrictor connectors. Much cheaper than the ones in Hot Products but still a little pricey.

I also found the pinch on style Otiker clapms cheaper on McMaster Carr than hot Products.

I haven't ordered any yet because it is a little pricey and I am not sure if the color will match, but they also sell colored clear tubing that could be used for water lines.

Good to hear. I was a starting to wonder about how accurate the sizes where in the bolt thread, but it sounds like the only errors are on the M10 pn's. I'll probably end up adding the others back to the list in addition to the link for the original thread.

There are already a few quick disconnect fittings under cooling and fuel, but if you have something other than the 5012k series I'll certainly add those too.
