Who schedules an interview for 9am on a Saturday?

That happened to me, I showed up for a interview Saturday at 9 am! There was another guy there applying as well.. we were told 2 out of the 4 slots for the positions were filled.. then they gave us a basic mechanical, literacy, grammar, mathematics, ethics skills test on the spot.. told me to take a hour lunch break and come back for results. " Results of what ma'am?, the job? yay or nay? that's what I need to know or... move on?" -No sir, the test results..yet before the lunch break she comes and tells me I passed..? , I leave and im told ill receive a follow-up call in 2-3 days. I never received a phone call for over a month. in fact, I had to call them and ask what the situation was? They told me, after passing placement testing and being hired
they had set up a drug test that had an 24 hr expiration on it. Well it expired. I said I was never informed or given any instructions to this at the interview.. someone messed up and didn't handle the process correctly. I was rescheduled for the drug test.. passed and reported to the job the following Monday. And somehow i'm still with them to this day. the other guy either didn't pass or take the job. never heard anything further.
