I just checked out the dells. Looks like a 10 hour drive each way. I've wanted to go there for awhile now. Maybe we can make it happen. Just have to see whys happening then with work and family.

Been rocking tonight. Pump is built with new 9/15 hooker, bearings and seals. Mid shaft is built. Pole is together an ready to bolt on. Had to machine bushings and pole stop to work with umi and this wdk bracket. Real glad I had a lathe upstairs or I would have been screwed. Engine is going together now. I get the hull back tomorrow after work. Lots to do, but at least I feel like something is getting accomplished. Sucks waiting on parts at the last minute, but of course Paul and jetmaniac came through BIG time to help me get this stuff in time.

Also got the tank finished for internal fill and capped off in front.

Kinda got screwed. 2 snap rings where missing in my top end kit from sbt. So i took it as far as I could

Well it's as far as I can go tonight. If I had both sets of snap rings the top end and head would be done as well.

you dont have any Circlips lying around? you dont have to use snap rings, You should be able to find something local to use. take the snap ring with you.

Is there a local Yamaha/Seadoo/Kawasaki shop nearby, or a repair shop, they would have some.

I might have some old pistons upstairs in storage. Is that not dangerous to re use?

clips should be ok. ideally yes, replace. I personally do not like the snap rings..........

The snap rings went in easy. First time I've used them. Susan is checking at work now if not I'll have to blow off work and hunt some down.
