Got quite a bit of filler work done, and sprayed some K36 surfacer on it, need to finish the hood. cant wait to paint and turf this thing!

No, sorry but I used thick plexiglass as a mould on the ski, used L brackets to hold the three pieces together and scsewed it right to the ski, cut the screws flush on the inside then duct taped the seems, with it upside down I first poured in thickend epoxy into the low areas then four layers of 1708 biax wrapfrom hood opening to nose and down to bond rails hope that help, I can snap some shots of the inside if that helps, then I built the top up with foam shaped it and glassed over that.

No, it was just for a form then popped it off.

hey man, I used plystyrene under the tray, but I used two part to shape the stuff in the tray
