Super Jet The why would you build a sn?

The ski is in the water, I rode the last three days. So glad I went from 61x/61x to 62t/61x. The ski handles really well, turns really fast. So much more fun than my stock length RN, and has more power. Not sure of his user name on here but Tony at T3 performance, pleasant lake MI, ported and epoxied the cases, ported the cylinder, gave it a hone and new pistons. This thing RIPS, night and day difference over my other stock motor with all the same bolt on parts. Those wondering about the tray, I love it! Although it could be a lil tighter in the footwells, It may get some more under padding, I may just try some diff shoes for now. All together this thing is a blast so far, Its still a new ride, will take me a lil while to get used to.

Maybe I missed it... but did you publish a final weight of your hull after mods?

I have chopped up a few SN hulls and had fun, they just always endup as heavy as I started.

That is one awesome SN you got i love it, Almost makes me want to build another one and try to make it lighter cause mine is heavy.

Let me know if you come around Minneapolis at all this summer, I would like to try out one of Tony's engines...He did the tuning on my 750, the thing should fly!

IMAG0147.jpgIMAG0167.jpgIMAG0165.jpgIMAG0151.jpgYes I will be at wavedaze, the last time I weighed the hull it was 110 lbs, all the glass work and tray were back in but I added the ffh and the footwells out of foam and two layers of 12oz cloth. the hood isnt super light either. Its really tough to build a light hull when you cut it apart. I will get a final RTR weight though.
