If my 838 puts out 121.8 HP, then I'm guessing this 1200 should be putting out 140-150 or so.

too many "if's" i can't use this formula. what about this, my $2300.00 used 771 outputs 121.9hp (because of the powervalves) so the 1200 should output X hp. X=? there are some variables unknown such as price but a simple formula using hype * rumor * previous market prices / 3 should work. ah man i shouldn't of smoked so much random generator......

Its not the hp you want anyway its the torque figure that going to make the ski jump out of the water, It would be good to see actual dyno out puts. Bigger capcity doesnt always make for more torque, normally it would all other things being equal but I have some ridden some aftermarket cylinders that are not that great at all

I'm with you! It's gotten to the point where I cannot tell if the thread is railed or de-railed anymore.
