Other thieves almost got me

:shocked:i woke up sunday morning to my door on my mercedes open and 4 wheeler pushed out from under the storage cover where i normally keep it, they f'd with the ignition trying to get it started but no luck, thank god they only got about 6 feet pushing before they gave up and took off. luckily there was not a single thing in my car so they got away with nothing. everything is locked down now but just a heads up for everyone to watch out, hasn't even been a year since blakes freak went missing and i don't want that to happen to mine or anyone elses

Even though they didn't get anything, It's a sick feeling isn't it?

I came out the other morning and found my truck had been tossed. They emptied my ashtray of any change but left everything else, including some expensive sunglasses, bluetooth unit and most importantly, my garage door opener. I removed everything of value from my truck and have started locking the garage door at night. It would be pretty easy to get in my truck, hit the opener and clean out the garage without anyone the wiser.

I still don't have my camera working well enough to capture who did it but it is definately motivation to do so. Although I have a feeling that I really don't want to know everything that happens around our home while we are either inside or away. We may not ever want to leave.

deff a sick feeling, now just trying to plan out what i am going to do, prob put up a 8 ft fence and motion lights, i already have a bunch but they just happen to be where they weren't. i wish i would of caught them in the act, shot gun in hand of course

Hockey sticks can f-your day up! I have many scars myself as proof from my playing days. I cant believe that that ski was never seen or heard about again. I am shocked no one has tried to sell it anywhere?

The longer the economy stays in the crapper the worse this will get. Sucks to have to lock shiot down and be concious of everything you leave out and alot of times that isnt enough. But such is life and even worse, life in a depression.

Great idea, but how often do you catch them in the act???? A sign in the yard saying trespassers will be SHOT would help unless you have to shoot someone and then it will work against you in court and you will be the one in jail.

I am not suggesting to go out and spray your driveway right away, not sure what the gun laws are in Florida but here in Cali I know I would go to Jail if I do, UNLESS I can prove my life was in imminent danger. If you are being preyed by thieves then you better be prepared for the worse because sure enough they can be. Do you want to take a chance and walk out your door and yell...."Hey!!" yielding a Hockey stick or baseball bat? cause you could get a gun shove right up your face.

If you do not have a gun at Home, then stay inside and call 911 would be my best advise to you.
