get some fooootage
Yep. Someday I won't be so cheap and I will spend some money on carbon. I figure it's going to gain 10 to 20lbs after I do all the reinforcing, finish the footholds, and adding motor mounts. That's an all glass layup? You have to pretty happy with that weight. How long till you're on the water?
Thanks, You could with lots of time and research!nice job man! i wish i the skills to take a project on like this
What did you use for a mold for the pump intake tract? It looks pretty flat but hard to quite tell..
Do you sell those poles? Look nice, simple and effective
I had help welding this one. I was going to sand all the welds down smooth and paint it but they look so pretty I'm just going to leave them. I almost finished the pole last night. I just need to grind the corners a little and drill and tap a couple more holes. Those are some good beads Mitch! You weld it yourself?
Thanks. I definitely will let you know when I'm coming down or atleast make sure Trev tells you.Looks pretty awesome Mitch...killer work on all of it, thats commitment! Youll have to let me know when you plan on comin up to tonka.
My goal was to be on the water this weekend but that will not happen. I ordered a basic 2 1/2'' alluminum pipe for my exhaust and it was suppose to be in over 2 weeks ago and still no exhaust. Guess that doesn't matter since the turf hasnt showed up yet and same with the fuel tank I had expressed shipped so it would be here by this weekend.

I know you haven't ridden it yet, but is it worth the effort? Or do wish you'd just bought premade hull?
