I have used hondabond for YEARS on all my micro sprint engines. That stuff works!!! Just havent yet used it on anything ski related but ive often thought about it. And yes as everyone above has said three bond 1211 is the standard for "gluing" top and bottom cases together, but is in my opinion too pricey and too liquid like.

We use hondabond on cases and 1211 for fly cover, starter nose, stator grommet, ada girdle recess to cylinder, etc.

Team scream uses the same for many more years and motors as well.

Here is my guess, it works and it's half the price and you go through a lot on the cases...and they build lots of motors...

I would...I use gray permatex on front coveri can get it everywhere.
