Tnt free ride v2

that pipe looks like candy. Stoked you have sold so many so quick,I remember asking you to do a lay down pipe rather than the over the top for R&D mani, cause so many guys have forward facing pfp and rrp mani and special tanks, these are gonna sell like hot cakes for a good while compared to over top racing pipe. With this long a chamber and mech water injection, rrp type bottom end responce, with pfp mid to top attainable.
Large flow mani was only good for 2 hp ? thought art said his large billet mani was dynoing significantly better than pfp mani

Cast price really shouldn't be better. A cast manifold has a huge up front cost in pattern development, and fixtures are needed to hold each part in multiple orientations for post machining. It isn't cheap. Factor in rework and scrap rates and it gets expensive and labor intense.
Billet requires converting a CAD file to work on the CNC mill, which only takes minutes now. Then machining time at roughly $50 per hr. That's it.
Now consider how few you might sell, and billet really is the smart choice.
100 dollar piece of billet and 9hrs machine time at 95.00hr.
Do the math!!
30 manifolds sold at 450 each and the tooling is paid for.
We have sold sold 21 manifolds in less then two months and we have not even started to advertise we make pipes again.
Just from people seeing the few that have and face book.

you selling the factory pipe pfp mani with the pipe as a kit? I dont really have a issue with consistent throttle response from my rrp using 33deg timing and fs49 carbs. Does your WB help the rrp come off bottom harder with more back pressure or just quite it down? IVe tried running more water in the stock rrp wb,It gets quieter but loses performance with a good bit more water

We don't have more back pressure. We have more volume and tuned baffle plate so your back pressure doesn't change with more or less water because we don't have a water loading issue with our box.
So we have same pipe pressure with our box as RRP box under normal running on a plane.
When you stick tail in water with RRP the pipe pressure doubles.
We have a 10% increase because of our design. We clear water more effectively

FACTORY PIPE ,sells us bare castings but we machine them differently then RRP or PFP
We have some right now that are machines the same as PFP.

So far our results with the TNT pipe are, we are just getting things sorted and they're already better than ever! The pipes true tun-ability is going to really let people get what they want for their riding preference. People get ready!

interesting, good explanation. sounds like this box for rrp pipe would be more useful for flatwater multi trick and transitioning from one trick to the next. I ride surf and im on plane most the time, after a deep landing not really concerned with perfect throttle response, but ill pay closer attention to that now that you mention it,even with a 65v nozzle on a light carbon hull my exh is totally out of the water most the time anyway. You machine manifold connection face differently? but a pfp or rrp mani will work also?

That's something people have never witnessed is a pipe that is truly tunable.
You can move peak power around more on this pipe then any other pipe.
The only issue is you really need to have the pipe supported by something that is not affecting the heat signature of the pipe.
I will be making a few different stanchions for the pipe, so you not laying it on rubber pads. But it's a struggle because there so many different hulls.
Water injection is huge on this pipe as you can go full dry on mid and top and the pipe revs hard and you can go way bigger then any other setup.

Dasa 1000 with 11-17 prop 155 pump. 160 main jet peak rpm 6830.
80 main jet 7750 rpm. But softer on bottom.
With TNT Manuel water inj.
7680rpm and big bottom.
The pipe will keep reving but it Takes to long for useful trick.

You will see the same type of tune ability no matter what engine size.
The pipe works great on stock spec boat just doesn't rev as high as race pipe but has more low- mid
So the pipe doesn't mind being hooded up to small to stock motor up to the big dog.

Tnt product.
We stand behind our product because we make everything in house.
We offer money back performance guarantee on all our exhaust systems exp custom built chambers.
We give a 100% refund as long as the pipe isn't damaged.
As far as U.S. Sponsoring riders.
We choose our riders by how they support the sport and there ability to market the products.
We already have our surf team established for 2015-2016.
We do not give anyone a discount on product because we have done the best possible job in bringing the product to market at the lowest possible price and allow our dealers a reasonable profit margin.
That being said TNT will not sell any product for less then retail to protect our dealers efforts.
We have chosen our dealers out of faith they will supply good customer service.
Blowsion, TPE, Thrust Industries.
If you have any problems with our dealers we wil be happy to listen and resolve the issue.
We know our prices are not the best, but we have the most expensive exhaust system to manufacture by double and our prices are competitive.
So we have done all we can do price wise to support the industry and give dealers some margins at a great expense to us.
But we believe dealers need to make money if the sport is to grow and flourish.
Because right now there the only people supporting any riders and they have limited margins to help them support riders.
We continue to try and stream line production and cut costs everywhere we can without sacrifice quality.
So please understand we can't give price deals if you want us to stick around and support the sport.
Most of you wouldn't appreciate your boss asking you to work the next week at half pay so he can go play on your money.

I to am a racer/rider and I still have a few sponsors, but I have managed to keep for decades.
I stay true to them, I bring them business and support them with in depth knowledge of there products and services and make it my place to be as educated as any of there staff so my sponsors feel I am an asset to there brand and feel I have earned there support.
