Who you working for?
Comcast. Changing it up, tools shops are dying left and right, here especially. One I used to work at got totally auctioned off last week and the other isn't far behind. Still have my small shop and doing work.
I took a huge pay cut, but the advancement opportunities are almost endless specially if I want to move around with the company. And the benefits are better then Anything I've ever had an option to. And couldn't be happier. took me a long time to Learn, a nice paycheck doesn't make you happy.

That goes a long ways! Hopefully it stays that way.

Ive been sacrificing everything else for my career for far to long. And minus good pay that was all they had to offer. Usually 70 hours a week or more :( I do miss the fat checks, but I'm ready for a life that doesn't revolve around work. Since 2003 I've pretty much neglected everything else to my work, cause you had to. It's a great change of pace for sure. 7:00-4:00 5 days a week. It's a Dailey 2-2.5 hour commute for me, but worth it.

I was always told that if I can't make a living on 40 hours a week, to move on. 7-330 m-f for me.

Lol I'm not an installer maybe later for now I'm in the office and warehouse. Good gig honestly. Don't have to deal with the public and pays about the same. If anything I could see being a line tech. Sweet bucket truck and pay is killer. Hard job to get though.
