Pole bracket is provided by Tigercraft... That is a Blowsion pole with the provided Yami & Kawi bushings... I had to sand the Yami bushings down equally on both sides to fit... I made a wood jig with a 1" centered hole... Placed each bushing separately and sanding down with one of our belt sanders... Sanding perfectly even and smooth... Noooo butcher from Baghdad jobs... Looks mint... Super tight fit and could not be happier... YES... I changed plans for the pole because I wanted to use the new pivot steering offered by Blowsion... They also placed a Peruvian flag on top for my wife and added my ski name... Tommy Rockets on the side... !!!

I'd rather turn wrenches then ever try to turf... Real time consuming BS if you want it right... Hat's off to the Pro's... Also... when they turf they will put padding where as needed in footholds... I am done with the padding... Had enough... LOL !!!

Not sure how much sanding was needed for pole bushings but the pole bracket can be loosened up for adjustment. It's top plate, side brackets, and bottom plate all separate. You could have likely loosened the 4 bolts to spread wide enough for the bushings then re-tightened everything without sanding. I couldn't jam my pole in the bracket without loosening it first.

Nope because of an Oring which seals the OVP steering... I will shoot you a pic today to help explain... it will be posted here... this Oring is CNC cut into the neck so you will understand once you see the pic... !!!

The Blowsion pole will accept aftermarket steering systems with zero problems, BUT, the OVP steering can only be used with the Blowsion pole... That is the Catch 22... !!!

I have my aura pole already, don't think I'll be cutting into it for the o-ring, maybe I'll try the aura steering too. Can't wait to see the rest of the build, nice work so far.
