I am curious why the south so great when they lead the nation in HATE groups. Does the sun make you angry? But then i see people from there who are so dumb they fly a confederate flag, partake in "coning," and think they have to own a gun because it makes them safe. The same people argue that Alaska is an island, just look at a map!
But seriously why all the hate groups?
I have lived a few places in the US, travelled a bit, and if i could afford it, i would head back to the northeast. Pretty sure there is a reason you need guns down south...to protect your remaining teeth. Only a southern fanboy starts threads with titles that promote their tiny, worldview. When you feel the need to declare a King, well, then we've all lost a little something that used to make this country great.

I miss living in Wisconsin every day. I lived 25 min from the University of Madison. The sports scene with the Pack, Badgers, and Brewers is bar none the best. Still not a huge fan of snow but can deal with it since Wisconsin is that fun. Now I live in Michigan. The lakes here are really awesome and it's hard to beat places like Torch Lake up north. I do enjoy me some Redwings hockey! I think my problem is I live to close to Detroit, Ann Arbor, and the Metro Area being on the far East side of Michigan. Just a lot of congestion for my taste. Dealing with traffic everyday really chaps my a$$.

this breaks my heart. I usually have at least three cheeses in the fridge, and that's saying a lot for bachelor who eats out almost always! Amish Blue Cheese and PBR is my down right fav!

You sound like someone who already has their king in office right now. I love Yankees who don't like guns. Hating guns isn't very American, though.
I went to visit upstate New York many years ago and realized there are as many toothless hicks there as anywhere. The difference is only the accent and the need to feel superior to anyone who has a southern accent.

No reason to be upset, if that's where u live and like it, then great for u...the vast majority of the country doesn't like the north east anyway so atleast u know no ones gonna come crowd u out. There's no shortage of Yankees moving south though. So that's a problem
The Western US is my idea of outdoor paradise but it's become over-legislated and the libs are in firm control.

. Just waiting for a couple more things to fall into place and we'll be moving south asap. Upstate NY is great in June and July but that's about it. I can't do snow, cold and grey skies for months on end anymore. time to go back to where I grew up.

Just havin fun, I am not a part of any hate group, yet. its tough to pick just one when you hate everyone. Most of my offtopic posts are snarky loquacious sarcastic rants devoid of logic and filled with mindless benevolence.
This thread is fun. I agree that the west is the best from my midwest view, never been. But anywhere there is a ton of congestion grinds my gears. Nothing more peaceful than a summer in northern michigan.

It blows my mind how in GA everyone is about GUNS GUNS GUNS and has this massive collection firearms, but you aren't allowed to have any decent fireworks. Not sure how it is in the North. I know there are starting to pass laws in favor of it, but I always thought it was funny. It's like they are illegal because they know a lot more Darwin awards would be handed out or something.
