Usually I am not that type of guy to blame someone, but this time I am really pissed. I made so many great experiences with manufacturers and dealers like John Krenn, Thrust, TJ Products, or even private sellers, but not this time.
I have seen some great designs of Tork GFX on Instagram and contacted Michael. The price was $ 550 with all options, candy whatever.. + shipping. He asked for the full amount before he begins. I paid "family/friend" via Paypal the same day. VERY STUPID MISTAKE!!!
I told Michael I have a visual carbon Helium and we started with an existing design, first picture. I asked for another main color. The original was a blend of yellew and green, I wanted aqua and blue.
So I got a screenshot of my design, which was already close, but a bit too much silver. Michael said he will change that and started to print the next day. I asked for a final design for approval, which he did not sent. I asked for a foto of the finished product before shipping, which he did not sent. He only said "it looks awesome". I asked for a tracking number many times, which I never got. Shipping took 6 weeks to Germany, for additional $50.
For example, when John Krenn or Thrust shipped hulls or engines to me from the US it usually took 1 week.
So I received the stickers and was very disappointed with the result. I sent a message to Michael to ask why the result is so far from the sketch and asked for a new one. Michael did not answer, but immediately blocked me on Instagram.
1. First picture shows the original design, green.
2. Second picture shows my aqua/blue design, with all the details, like blue accents in the xscream logo, handlepole sticker, etc...
3. Here is what I got. The details in the logo are missing, only silver and black, no blue accents, the handlepole sticker is completely missing. The worst thing is, Michael changed the silver to an olive grey, which does not match any of the other colors an looks like poop on carbon. It just looks super cheap!
The design is awful and has nothing to do with the design I ordered.
Customer support is poop. Better watch out and never pay him "family and friends" via Paypal. That was very, very stupid, but I was my first negative experience in the Jetski industry.
