TPE-964 Engine?

No business will ever have 100% happy customers but they can have 100% satisfied customers.
With forums and the "type everything out for everyone to read" world we live in today. The days of 100% satisfied in the publics eyes is out the window. Now if someone has an issue they post the issue before even emailing a company or sometime at the sometime. So even if the company can help the person and make them 100% satisfied that original post still is out there and can then be miss read on how the events turned out.
Reading these posts by Airblair are this to a T. It looks like he was screwed and got a junk motor from the way it was posted, but even airblair himself says TPE stood behind the product and made it right (post later). Problem comes from people not reading the whole threads, or not knowing whole stories.

As a vendor and been on both sides of this I am shocked to see someone who is now making hulls even taking the time to post half neg comments about other companies. Its like Brian from brawler said, trying to stay out of this BS is the best way. Tell the full story or don't tell anything.

As I tried to explain to you through PM but you failed to understand, trendsetterz threads are fine, personal threats of violence are not, and that's what will get those threads locked down.

Let the truth stand tall todd. Do i want to be known as the guy that bashes other people products, No. Do i want someone to make an educated decision based on experience of others, YES. Am i an azzhole pretending not to be? No here i am and this is what i am. TPE can use even the negative stuff to turn it positive.....if its legit.

Then tell your bad experience in a positive way, not by coming here and saying "I bought one, will not name who from and it was a pos".................
But in the end, you got your money back, you did not get screwed........... yet your post sure as hell makes it out to be that you got screwed.

I told the story in another thread. Sorry to leave bits and peaces... The whole story sounds even worse. Nutshell.....waited 8 months got it broke it quick sent back, got another one decided i didnt want it. Sold it back to an afficiate of tpe. Is that better? Now , back to the same engine i was running when someone taked me into a tpe.

Let me make quite clear to this thread, erik b, the founder of tpe is a good guy. I would buy from him in the future- he stands behind his product like no other and will leave you satisfied in the end. Dont be scared by my experiance just know that i had an experiance and his product has its faults like everybody elses. The cost factor is awesome, the power is there. The service end is spot on. The bling with a billet head is sweet. Let me add, the power valve,assembly stays together. Spring don't blow off.
Big kahuna....not impressed. But i'll step.
