Freestyle TPE now DASA?

In summary Dasa is still working on finishing up some components for the cast cylinder motors (Formally TPE).

ALL parties involved are working hard to make sure they produce an excellent product.

I think we are all excited to see what is rolled out.

Current world events have us all a bit on edge. If there is ever a time to find some unity as lovers of the sport maybe it's now. poop happens. Learn and progress.

We bought 1105s when they very first came available , we imported them unseen into the U.K., and to be fair they’ve been absolutely fine, we have changed the pistons twice in 6 years and had them renikasiled here in U.K.

cant wait for the CV19 lockdown to end so we can go BRAAPP

I think this is the same guy that bought some WDK 1200s and then took them apart reported them and then could not get them to run and complained about how the porting was completely wrong because he used a computer program to show him that it was wrong in his eyes. And then just bitched and complained for months

Curious. Is DASA working on a direct injection 2-stroke engine? Is a direct-injection 2-stroke engine even feasible in a lightweight free style or surf jetski?

Waiting for someone to cnc a cylinder to run on a snowmobile lower end with direct inject and all the latest tech, bells and whistles.

There is a guy in the forsale section that figured out electric direct injection and is/was selling kits for around 1200.

You are a liar. There was no crack. It was were the nikasil met the aluminum flange. I explained that to you just go on about it. You are just one of those people who will whine and whine regardless of truth.
I have the pics to prove it and did show it to you. You were the one that contacted me asking about the problems I had, when I showed all of it to you, you got defensive and blamed all on me. If I was so useless, how did I fix the problems and it is still running fine a year later? I gave all the info to Kyle last year

Your right, you fixed it all. Damn, what would I do without your great knowledge and ability. You are always right, without you, no 1200 engine is correct, or any engine for that matter. I owe you for all you've done. You are the guy who fixed my bad design. Thank you.

Cracked skirt
You know, every time I read one of your posts, all I hear is your child like sounding squeaky whinny south african voice in my head, you know , like finger nails on a chalk board. Posting a pic like this shows how you don't get over anything, just like a child. That pic and calling it a "crack" shows how little you know about what your talking about. If you even listened to anything I said (you don't listen to anyone) I explained how Nikasil is applied and how it forms on surfaces. BUT NO, you just whine and whine. Contact Millennium and I'm sure you'll call them liars too. I will tell you Millennium are the best people to deal with. Their inspection process is awesome, and they really care about quality and customer satisfaction. They would have also caught this in the post production phase and let me know. Thank god you know more than anyone in the world, oh and you just called them incompetent. They are a good company and have always done me right, but you just sh*t all over anyone when you have a tizzy fit.

Quite a bit has changed since my last post. Things started then stopped. They are starting again and Kyle is taking the lead on this. He is going full on. He is working on getting things set up his way now. There have been a few engines made by me and Paul Lehr but full production is on the horizon. I know the new head is being finalized, and a new updated piston should be done soon.
