Ok what's the best trim you can get for a 144 pump AND GO!!!!
I can not find raptor trim for a 144 pump. I want the best one there is.
The 150 pump rocks and will definitely work well. In my honest opinion the OG xscream setup is still my favorite. Had that on my 150ss with a tpe 964. You have to spend the time and do the boot kit. Once you do that I still think it’s better then the raptor. Get ahold of Brian at torrent, he will definitely get you hooked up.The raptor trim is for 155mm pump and bigger. I guess I was the dumb ass who went with the 150ss set back mag pump from torrent now my options are not very good. How do I get ahold of Phil at p&p? I'm will to spend the .oney on a good solid product in hopes it last longer than half a season
Brian is who I'm talking too right now and I bought my pump and tpe 964 from him I just noticed my rrp trim is all jacked up. What hull u running? The 150 pump rocks and will definitely work well. Raptor says 155 and bigger I have talked with torrent pumps and he said the same thing
whatever you say man...i guess the two 148mm pumps i just setup were mismarked. FYI, you dont need to make a post on a forum asking for help if you already know all the answers
One has a basic 144/148 nozzle and the other was one ordered directly from Phil (machined)Curiosity...are the 148 setups a raptor trim ring and nozzle on an oem 144 sized reduction nozzle, or is he doing a full billet machined nozzle in both the larger 155/160/etc size and the smaller 144/148/150mm size?
I was running a Tigercraft M1 and that ski was a ton of fun.Brian is who I'm talking too right now and I bought my pump and tpe 964 from him I just noticed my rrp trim is all jacked up. What hull u running?
I agree with Bobby that you can run a raptor set up on a 148. You just have to run the proper bushings and or have the nozzle machined correctly. The full raptor kit, which torrent stocks, will only work with a 155 pump as it comes with the larger 155 reduction nozzle.Raptor says 155 and bigger I have talked with torrent pumps and he said the same thing
I had Raptor trim on 144 and 155 reduction nozzles, the trim ring is the same and fits both. Only the billet nozzle is 155 specific. You can install the Raptor on any 144 based Nozzle, it just needs to be tapped on the sides for the trim ring pivots. The raptor trim is for 155mm pump and bigger. False, I have had the exact same Raptor on a 144 and 155 NozzleRaptor says 155 and bigger I have talked with torrent pumps and he said the same thing
