Also I wanted to add that crank life my also be extended with a billet case due to the crank being held in a much more rigid platform than the factory engine case.

This is only my opinion of course.

That 16mm motor sounds like a beast, I did see a video of someone doing like 5 backies in a row with that motor in Japan I think it was. Also, the height he was getting on his launches was insane and looked almost effortless.

I see your point as well on more power/hit, and less cause to wind it out relating to longevity. Makes sense..

I don't know, I was just messing around.

At some point, the power gained from increasing the compression cannot overcome the mechanical loss from that resistance. Especially in a twin cylinder.

It think that motor was a 12MM. I know it wasn't a 16.
