Trinity Composites has finished the Kawi lower deck mold. I previously said upper and lower would be done at the end of this month. I was wrong. I last stated the Kawi molds would be done this month. I have since started a new project.

The upper Kawi is being worked along side a Yamaha SJ. (So we can all get along!) The Superjet lower is two weeks away from completion. We are reworking an SJ hood, nose, ride plate and composite hand pole. The hand pole is similar to a stock SJ and is designed to accomidate both models.

On a side note, our web page is started though I am not sure when it will be finished as that project is being outsourced. I will keep everyone updated until the site is live. Also, Kevin at legdrag.com is the go-to guy for all your needs.

Kawi fanatics- no worries. We are full speed ahead with projects. SJ guys- Welcome to the Lightweight Evolution!!

hopefully they will somewhere near affordable

I will provide the best product at a fair price. Most things I've seen for the price are crazy. Some of the prices for the material used is out of this world, not fair.Companies advertising carbon parts, when a 10 layer piece has 1 layer or 2 of carbon. We are making all molds out of a low profile vinylester. Its about twice the price of polyester. Some companies use cheaper polyester to make parts. The parts we sell have a few options. One option-carbon/kevlar or s-glass/kevlar.Option two-carbon finish or epoxy primer.Standard-hand layed material, epoxy, vaccum bagged and post cured. We are setup to provide only the best, and with production in mind we can give the best bang for the buck.Back to tooling.

Trinity is a company on a mission... The stuff I have seen from Bobby is absolutely the best work I have seen in this sport. There is no doubt that he will set the standard w/ his work... Anyone that has seen the SXR hood and other parts he has made so far know what I'm saying...

Can't wait to see more stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a chance to peek at a SXR lightweight hood that was still in progress while at the Daytona freeride this January. This is going to be some bad arse product, super light and strong. I can't wait to see what the SJ product line is like. Gotta start stashing some extra $$$:biggthumpup:
