I built one of ^^^^ those and its ok for outside, but in my shop it sucks because only two wheels turn.

My favorite solution so far has been putting my beach stand on a furniture dolly and unloading the ski off the trailer onto that.

Defintely looking for a cheaper option on a true "beach" cart.

Here is the stand I'm using right now, it's not mine but I would like to make one similar to this that fits through doorways better. I have seen guys make them out of shopping carts so I might look into that.

I built a couple shop stands a few years ago and my larger one finally took a chit a month ago. Like a boss a used a ratchet strap to hold it together...been holding strong ever since! I'll try and snap a photo this eve.

I like the idea of the beach stand on the dolly. how do you get it to stay on there with out falling off?

Here is the one I modeled mine off of. I only use one cross support but in opposing directions on each end. Having a shelf at the bottom is tits.

I also have a little cart like a furnature dolly I like to set mine on when working on certain areas because its lower and I can sit on a bucket and tinker.

The kawis up top have no motors and they were easier to lift. Skis are hard to lift that high especially that sxr it's a total pig. I need to get some sort of hoist in my unit so I can put any ski up there. Right now it has a b1 hull on the top.

Here are some pictures of the build.
