Like I said before, if your really going to buy a high dollar ski like the Matrix or The Rickter take a trip to Florida & ride some Ski's. Why would you buy a Ski you have never rode before??? Everyone likes different feelings on a ski.
I'm looking forward to riding Boyers Matrix.

Trinity is a great company, Bobby has been great to talk with on the phone. Looking forward to riding a Matrix soon.
I have delt with Brian at Thrust on Rickter's & buying a FS1 Carbon, Brian will help over & beyond & really knows alot about these Rickters. I can't say enough about how he has helped me on my build(s)
After only 3 days of riding my FS1, I sold my other SJ & ordered a FS2. Now I will have both FS1 & FS2
At least you know what power to drop in there (Xscream) all the way !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would say any time in the spring is good. Pick a few dates in April-May that will work for you & will see what we can get set.

April-May works for me. My engine should be ready next week but the hull is going to be middle of March now. 
All the magazine companies used to do a Spring or Fall Dream Rider Shootout where they assembled all the top models with a cast of average riders/readers to try everything out and make unbiased opinions of each ride. A few more models and we have ourselves an unofficial Dream Ride. How would that be for unbiased?

I'd be super stoked to have a ski demo day were I could ride a bunch of different aftermarket hulls side to side. After you guys have one on the East Coast you should plan one out here at the West Coast also! For my very biased opinion I would go with the Matrix just because its so friggen cool looking!

As for unbiased honest opinion on the hulls I cant give you much, however my experience with RRP customer service is they don't stand behind there product only long enough for it to get shipped to your place.
I got a SN...its got a stroker...its bad ass...
Jeff makes a very good product, as far as i know the only knock on him is his shipping, never about the quality of the work

I rode both skis and like them both... I am friends w/ both builders and respect what both of them are trying to do.
they react similarly except the Trinity turns a little flatter than the Rickter... it's all preference. As far as build quality the Trinity is a 10 and the Rickter is about a 6-7 since they need to be re-inforced and the turf sucks. Neither is considered to be ultra light weight like the Superfreak hulls so if you are going flatwater I would go that direction. Yes I rode one of them too. They are very responsive and feel soooooo light..

I've seen and own some of his glass work. The quality sucks, but is commensurate with the price.
I am not disappointed with that, because I knew that before I bought the stuff.
I stand corrected, Ive got his REV hood its pretty good glass work imo
Just to follow up on this, my WDK Diablo hood is most definitely not surf proof. The liner system sucks.
